Service Description

This program is about change AND it’s also about finding peace and the love for food and life. People who struggle with emotional eating often feel a strong urge to eat when they are experiencing uncomfortable emotions such as sadness, anxiety, or boredom. Emotional eating can be a difficult behavior to overcome, but 1:1 virtual coaching services with F90 Nutrition can help individuals identify their triggers, develop healthy coping strategies, and learn how to manage their emotions without turning to food. * If you are local to LA and prefer to meet in-person, there will be an additional fee. *
